Where Stories Bloom to Life
Vasant is an animation studio making original films. Vasant means spring, and every story we tell starts small and grows. Our first film, Masalo Dabbo, arrives in 2027.
What We Make
Original Films
Animated films we write, design and direct ourselves, from the first sketch to the final frame.
3D Animation
Modeling, rigging, lighting and animation, handled in-house to give every shot depth and life.
Characters & Worlds
Characters with personality and worlds full of detail, designed to feel lived in.
Story Development
Scripts, storyboards and animatics. We find the heart of a story before we animate it.
Our First Film
Masalo Dabbo
Animated Film / Coming 2027
Inside an old masala dabbo, five spices have spent years together, and each one is sure they know what gives a family its flavor. Mirchi brings the fire. Haldi carries something deeper. Jeera, Elaichi and the others have their own ideas. Everyone has an opinion, and nobody is listening.
In production. More to share soon...
About Vasant
Vasant means spring, a season of growth and new beginnings. We're an animation studio making original films, and we bring the craft of traditional storytelling together with modern 3D animation.
Our first film, Masalo Dabbo, is in production now and coming in 2027. We develop every story ourselves, from the first idea to the final frame.
Story First
Every film starts with characters and a story worth telling. The animation follows.
Rooted in Culture
We tell stories drawn from the places, flavors and families we know, for audiences everywhere.
Crafted with Care
We take the time to get each frame right, from character design to final render.
